No matter how we answer, this question reveals
certain things about us. First, the fact that
this question continually burns in the human mind
reveals that we all know there is something that we
must do. There is a way that we should live.
There is something that is required of us.
Second, and even more profound, it reveals
that we know we are not doing what we aught.
We are not living as we should. We are not
meeting the requirements. We can deceive
ourselves or ignore the question but the
fact remains that we all know these two things.
Even if we don't realize it with the waking
mind, in our heart of hearts, we all know it.
Having said all that, I must clarify that
it is not my intention here to prove a point
or to argue a cause. I am here to lay before
you a path. Judge for yourself whether it be
be true or not.
