"Of whom the world was not worthy: they wandered in deserts, and in mountains,
and in dens and caves of the earth. "
Hebrews 11:38
he question of how we
must live is as central to Christianity
as it is to any other belief system. Within
Christianity there is often great debate about
the role of works in salvation. It is clear
from scripture that we are saved by the grace
of God through faith.
Being born again
is not the result of any works we do, it is
completely God's work in us. However, when
you have answered the question of how we are
born again, the question of how we must live
remains. A gospel that leaves this question
unanswered is, at best, a half-truth. Such a
gospel does not love truth, does not glorify
God, and does not meet the needs of mankind.
It is a gospel that has a form of Godliness,
but lacks the true power of God to transform
lives. The path of Christianity does not end
at the born again experience, it begins there.
this is the path I hope to present.
